Blue UHMW Plastic Sheet

The full name of UHMWPE is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Its core characteristics determine its application scenarios, mainly including: Extremely high wear resistance: 8-10 times that of carbon steel and stainless steel. Extremely low friction coefficient: excellent self-lubricating properties, close to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Strong impact resistance: maintains excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures. Chemical corrosion resistance: can resist various acid, alkali, and salt solutions. Non sticky: The surface is not easily adhered to materials. Low noise: Low noise during operation. Low density: lighter than water and able to float on the surface of the water.

Product features

UHMWPE is used where sliding abrasion occurs or where metal parts meet, causing friction or abrasion wear. It is excellent for chute and hopper liners, convey or components, wear pads, machine guides, impact surface and guide rails.
