Extremely high wear resistance: 8-10 times that of carbon steel and stainless steel.

Extremely low friction coefficient: excellent self-lubricating properties, close to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Strong impact resistance: maintains excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures.

Chemical corrosion resistance: can resist various acid, alkali, and salt solutions.

Non sticky: The surface is not easily adhered to materials.

Low noise: Low noise during operation.

Low density: lighter than water and able to float on the surface of the water.

1、 Logistics and warehousing system

This is one of the largest application areas for UHMWPE boards.

Conveyor guide rails and liners: used for the contact surfaces of belt conveyors, chain conveyors, and roller conveyors. The extremely low friction coefficient and wear resistance can protect products and conveyor belts, reduce power consumption, and lower noise.

Chute and hopper lining: Installed on the inner walls of material slides and hoppers (such as grain, coal, ore, express packages) to prevent material blockage and bridging, ensure smooth material flow, and protect equipment from wear and tear.

Pallets and pads: used as high wear-resistant pallets or pads on shelves and workbenches to protect goods and equipment.

2、 Industrial Machinery and Equipment

Gears, bearings, and bushings: utilizing their self-lubricating and wear-resistant properties, they are manufactured or lined on components that require operation but are not easily oiled or prohibited from oil contamination, such as food machinery and textile machinery.

Guide rollers and star shaped wheels: In packaging machinery, printing machinery, and textile machinery, they serve as the outer coating of guide rollers to protect the surface of products from scratches.

Mechanical wear-resistant lining plate: installed in the friction parts of various machinery, such as the lining of shovel buckets and concrete mixers.

3、 Food and beverage processing

Workbench panel: meets food hygiene requirements (usually with USDA/FDA certified specifications), is cut resistant, and easy to clean.

Conveyor belt chain plate: a conveyor line that directly contacts food, such as bottled and canned beverages. Its non stickiness and low friction coefficient make bottle movement smoother.

Meat cutting board/chopping board: More durable and less prone to cutting than traditional plastic cutting boards, thereby inhibiting bacterial growth.
